Narendra Damodarddas Modi, was born on 17th september 1950, in Vadnagar or Gujrat.
His father Damodardas Mulchand Modi and Mother Hiraben modi, belongs to middle class family. His father was selling tea in Railway station.
There are total six children his father has. Narendra modi helps his father to sell tea at railway station during small age.
Early Life, Education and Occupation
Narendra modi completed schooling in his own village. Later, he completed BA in political science in Delhi university and MA in political science from Gujrat University.
Later, he join the RSS and work there for as a activist. Later he joined the BJP and work smartly that in a less time span he get into the organizing and strategic committe of the party. He has been good at communication, management and strategy building.
Major Milestones and Controversies
Narendra modi became Chief minister of Gujrat in 2001. He has been eleected as MLA from Rajkot II constituency.
Modi has been CM up to 2014. During this period modi has bring much changes in gujrat like,
- Roads, ports and infrastructure
- Gujrat vibrant summit, brings industrial revolution and many business to gujrat
- Run rural electrification programs providing electricity to rural areas
- Development occur in sectors like manufacturing, agriculture and other business
During this, time Gujrat Riots were occured, there were lots of casualties arise. Later he is nomited to the Prime minister of India.
He has been Prime Minister from 2014 to till now 2026 untill further election 2029. He has bring many changes as Make in india, digital india, swach bharat mission, ayushman bharat, pradhan mantri jan dhan yojna etc.
There are several controversies regarding demonitization, petrol disel issues, and GDP rate. But still governement manage to be in the heart of the people.
