Stress is the simple reaction of our body to the external thing that is difficult for us, uncomfortable to us or we dont have proper coping mechanism to deal with such situation.
This stress usually normal when it is normal levels. Ex. Some stress over the work or education. But when it increases to mild to moderate level. It starts impacting the body, mind and spirit.
Stress response is not physical thing. It is actually a mental process. Example, seeing an problem or threat, mind recognize and start primary stress response fight or flight response in it. Right.
So this response then further activates physical symptoms, mental symptoms and behavioral symptoms.
Physical symptoms are ulcers, weakness, lethergy, headache, confusion etc.
Mental symptoms are irritation, anger over small things, confusion, disorientation.
Behaviour symptoms are antisocial behaviour, not acceptance, ignorance and loneliness.
This are not confirmed symptoms, as everyone experiences stress on different levels.
Like, when a boy is in stress he has most of symptoms then when a girls is in stress she has fewer symptoms or else different type of symptoms.
This is beause the availability of the different coping mechanism, support system, individual difference and physiological difference in boy and girl.
The stress first activates the fight or flight response.
In this, the body gets prepared self for either fight against the problem or threat and in case of flight, one is prepared to leave the situation or gets feez wih no action from him.
So basically body has done muscle contractions, nerve activation, increasing heart beat, elevate hormone level, causing shivering due to sudden change in the internal body structure.
This things are occur internally to the person, as he dont understand why he feels like this, he wont understand or unable to control this.
So he thinks it is body stress response. This is a stress response. It gets bigger when you consider a small stress to big.
When you dont make your stress cool or down, you wont make your body and mind calm then this stres continuously increasing internal stimulation.
It then causes huge hormonal levels, sudden burst of anger, sadness, emotional crying without a reason.
So a stress is okay untill it comes and go. It never okay if it only comes and never goes right this make things miserable.
So, next time when you feel something stressful before dealing with it, deal yourself make yourself calm and then solve the problem.
It is like calming internal storm first and then external. Or else both will overpower you and no one thing will occur properly ended up with the mess.
