Neet UG exam was given by 22 lakh medical aspirants. The exam is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency).
After the paper has done, there are rumors that paper is circulating in the rajasthan, later on it got leaked on telegram. When people found it to be correct paper then issues were rising.
The Education ministry observe this and then assess the level of fraud and leak happened. Then they found that the leak was at massive scale.
So, then thereafter they handover case to the CBI (central bureau of investigation), to find out culprits, how the fraud occur and who all are involved.
Who leaked NEET-UG paper 2026?
Leaked NEET UG paper was not leaked by any person who is in transporting or while handling, actually it was leak by the teachers who are involved in paper setting team and who has direct access to the questions.
The main culprit is Shri P.V. Kulkarni.
Shri P.V Kulkarni was appointed by NTA for preparing and building question paper. So he was in that panel. He is from Latur, Maharastra, chemistry lecturer.
He has direct access to the questions that will ask in the exams. So he leaked those questions to students before the exam.
He started a special coaching classess in his academy. This camp students has given the questions that are asked in the exam. This is done to prevent self from getting caught. Students write down those questions and answers in their notebook.
Then CBI, raided their batch, finding that the questions written in notebook was same as ask in the exam. They then arrest Kulkarni. Again CBI found that these students were paid to the people to get such secret questions and attend this camps.
Manisha Waghmare
Manisha waghmare has also been appointed in the exam setting panel. She was physics subject specialist. She further leak the physics paper major section of NEET paper.
What CBI Done to Crack the case and How?
At first, CBI arrested two major culprits behind the leak, that is PV kulkarni and manisha waghmare.
This two are the main masterminds, they have created their network to supply papers and recieve money. So, this five operators were arrested from Jaipur, Gurugram, Nashik, Ahilyanagar.
This people are regional distributor who distribute paper in this regions and also collects the money and supply it to them.
CBI raid and seize all the mobile phones, laptops, internal logs, and all documents related to papers. They will do now forensic and digital investigation to find out or track paper leak online.
CBI also arrested students and their parents who are involved in buying of the paper. They are also guilty as they were ready to give huge money to buy papers. As per news, they have been banned from medical examination.
So, due to all this leaks at massive level, the paper has been cancelled. New paper was taken on 21st of June properly.
A majority of youth and cockroach janata party leader abhieet dipke has doing protest against this type of leak and assuming guilty to the Dharmendra pradhan education minister and NTA for failure to organized an exam. This protest is occuring at various locations in India and final protest at jantar mantar in New Delhi.
